Our 7-Day Freshness Guarantee

Bloom Cycle guarantees that all flowers will remain fresh for a minimum of 7 days from the delivery date when properly cared for. If your flowers do not meet this standard, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not fresh
• Wrong arrangement delivered
• Delivery not received within promised timeframe (excluding force majeure)
• Significant deviation from the product image

Refund Process

2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
3. Our team will review your claim within 24 hours
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

• Orders cancelled after flowers have been prepared (within 2 hours of delivery time)
• Recipient refusal without valid reason
• Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
• Flowers damaged due to improper care after delivery
