1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using bloomcycle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual arrangements may vary due to seasonal availability
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value
• Prices are subject to change without notice

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Payment must be received before order fulfillment
• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and mobile banking
• You must provide accurate delivery information

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
• If recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left with neighbors or security (with sender approval)

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before delivery time
• Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No refunds for cancellations after flowers have been delivered

6. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Cycle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos) is owned by Bloom Cycle and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
